Week 853 - Stitching: real or faux

Good morning lovely crafters, we hope you had a great week last week. Thank you for the gorgeous entries for our ‘ribbons and/or bows’ challenge. It was lovely to have you join us and as always the DT had a brilliant time visiting your blogs and seeing your beautiful creations. Don’t forget to pop back later to find out who won the prize courtesy of Uniko and also who Marlene has chosen as her Top 5 Passionista. 

Onto the new challenge, which has been set by Kitty from Team 2, and she has given us the theme of ‘stitching: real or faux’. Kitty has given you a super easy theme and would like to see some stitching on your creations this week.  There are so many stitched dies around now that it's easy to go the faux way but of course if you like to machine or hand-stitch on your cards that's great too.  Of course it could be patterned paper with stitching or ribbon that has stitched lines on it.  Such a fun theme and we can’t wait to see what you make. Don’t forget you can enter any type of creation it doesn’t have to be a card. The only rule we have is to use your markers, hand colour an image and have fun!

Week 852 - ribbons and/or bows

Good morning lovely crafters, I hope you all had a fantastic week last week.  Thank you for all your entries for last week’s ‘floral vibes’ challenge.  It was lovely to see all your beautiful entries and as always the DT had a brilliant time visiting your blogs and seeing your gorgeous creations.  Please remember to come back later as we will be announcing our lucky winner who will receive the 3 digi images courtesy of Sheepski Designs and we will also be finding out who Karen has chosen as her top 5 Passionista. 

Onto the new challenge, which has been set by Marlene from Team 1, and she has given us the fantastic theme of ‘ribbons and/or bows’.  This week Marlene doesn’t mind what you make as long as you include a ribbon and/or a bow (or both) on your creations!  I’m sure we all have a stash of unloved ribbons in our craft cupboards so why not take the opportunity to use some up this week.  Such a fun theme; we can’t wait to see what you make. Please remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card but whatever you make you must include a hand coloured image to be eligible for our prize draw. So come on, grab your markers, and have fun!
