Week 328–fantasy

Good morning dear crafters, I hope you all had a fantastic week last week.  Thank you for all your gorgeous entries for last week’s ‘monochrome’ challenge.  You certainly kept the DT busy and as always they had a brilliant time visiting your blogs and seeing your amazing creations.  Please remember to come back later as we will be announcing our lucky winner, who will receive the 2 digi images courtesy of All Dressed Up stamps and we will also find out who Lucy has chosen as her top 5 Passionista.

Before we announce the new challenge we have a couple of DT updates to share with you.  Kelly has stepped down from the DT.  She had already decided to step down when we heard the heartbreaking news that her husband had passed away and we all send our heartfelt condolences to her and her family.  Also Lotta has decided to step down due to family commitments.  On a happier note we have a new DT member – please give a warm welcome to Elaine – check out her wonderful blog, you won’t be disappointed.  Huny (our GDT) from the last few months is also staying on with us for the next few challenges.

Onto the new challenge, which has been set by Lorraine C. from Team 2 and she has given us the brilliant theme of “fantasy”.  Lorraine C. would like you to simply use a fantasy type image i.e. fairies, dragons, mermaids, etc.  Please remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card.  As always to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Letraset products (promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, aqua markers or metallic markers) and of course follow the theme.  Please can you help us by stating which Letraset products you have used on your creation i.e. ‘coloured with promarkers’ etc.  Thanks x x

Our generous sponsor this week is DigiStamp Boutique who are offering one lucky winner a £10.00 voucher to spend in their online store.

Week 327 - Monochrome

Happy New Year dear crafters.  We trust you all had a very Merry Christmas and are now looking forward to a happy and healthy 2016.  However I know there was quite a lot of illness around this year, so hopefully if you were feeling under the weather during the holidays you are starting to feel better now.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support during 2015 and we hope you will continue to support our challenges in 2016.  On the topic of challenges we had a brilliant response to our month long Mega Christmas challenge and the whole of the DT had a wonderful time visiting your blogs and seeing your amazing creations.  Don’t forget to come back later to check out the exciting bit – finding out who the lucky winners are!  As we had multiple sponsors there will be lots of lucky winners so come back this evening and see if you are one of them!

Ok onto the new challenge, which has been chosen by Lucy from Team 1 and she has gone for ‘monochrome’.  As the title suggests Lucy would like you to create something using a monochrome colour scheme.  For those of you who are unsure what exactly that means here is the definition of monochrome “a photograph or picture developed or executed in black and white or in varying tones of only one colour”.  We can’t wait to see what you create this week. Thanks x x

We are delighted to present a brand new sponsor for us this week – All Dressed Up stamps – and they are generously offering one lucky winner 2 digis of their choice.  Their images are so gorgeous you will be spoilt for choice.  Our DT were lucky enough to use some of their images on their cards this week.

The design team have worked their magic once again this week and have created beautiful cards to inspire you (please click on their names to visit their personal blogs):
