Week 572–Mega Christmas challenge 2020!

*** WARNING – LONG POST ***

Grab a cuppa and a biscuit (or two) and make yourself comfortable!

Good morning dear crafters, we hope you all had a fantastic week last week. The DT really enjoyed visiting your blogs and seeing all you fabulous creations for our “Christmas” challenge.  Don't forget to check back later to find out who the lucky winner of the £20.00 voucher courtesy of Clearly Besotted stamps will be and also to see who Linda has chosen as her top 5 Passionista.

Before we announce the details of this special challenge we would like to introduce you to our 2 newbies who will be joining the DT for our first challenge in 2021.  The lucky ladies are Lisa Goodall and Marlene Atkinson.  If you are a regular participant of our challenges you’ve probably seen their names are they also regularly take part.  I’m sure you will join me in welcoming them to our team.

This week we are launching our very special “Mega Christmas challenge” which runs for a whole month and ends on 5th January 2021!  I’m sure you’ll agree that both design teams have worked extremely hard once again this year and they deserve a little break to catch up on their last minute gifts and cards.  However to make up for the lack of challenges we have some fantastic prizes up for grabs!

Our very simple theme for the Mega Christmas challenge is “add a sentiment”.  We don't mind what you create for this challenge, as long as you include a sentiment on your creation!  You are welcome to make Christmas creations but as the challenge will still be running after the ‘BIG’ day you can of course make any type of creation.  As time is precious for our DT at this time of year we are limiting the number of entries you can make to just 3 for this month long challenge.  Please remember to be eligible for our prizes you must use your promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, metallic or aqua markers.  Please can you help us by stating which Letraset products you have used on your creation i.e. ‘coloured with promarkers’ etc.  Thanks x x

So now for the exciting bit – the prizes!

Week 571–Christmas

Good morning lovely crafters, I hope you’re all doing ok and managed to fit some crafting into your busy schedules last week.  Thank you for all your lovely entries for last week’s 'glitter/sparkle’ challenge.  It was great to see your gorgeous entries and as always the DT had a brilliant time visiting your blogs and seeing your creations.  Please remember to come back later as we will be announcing our lucky winner who has won the 3 digi images courtesy of The Paper Shelter and we will also find out who Julie has chosen as her Top 5 Passionista.

Onto the new challenge, which has been set by Linda from Team 2, and she has given us the theme of ‘Christmas’.  As the title suggests Linda wants to see all your Christmas creations this week.  As the ‘big’ day is fast approaching I’m sure most of us are making our Christmas cards and projects or if we’re super organised and made them already one or two more are always needed!  Such an easy and fun challenge and we can’t wait to see what you make.  Don’t forget you can enter any type of creation it doesn’t have to be a card.  Remember as always to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Winsor & Newton (formerly Letraset) products (promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, aqua markers or metallic markers) and of course follow the theme.  Please can you help us by stating which products you have used on your creation I.e. ‘coloured with promarkers’ etc.  Thanks x x

Our generous sponsor this week is Clearly Besotted Stamps and they are offering one lucky winner a £20.00 voucher to spend in their online store.

The design team have worked their magic once again this week and have created beautiful cards to inspire you (please click on their names to visit their personal blogs):

Linda

Nat

Elaine

Karen

Kitty

Still unwell so no card this week.

Another week of wonderful inspiration from the DT!! We hope you can join in with our challenge this week and we look forward to seeing what you create.

This is the last challenge before our month long Mega Christmas challenge begins.  You don’t want to miss it as we have lots of amazing prizes up for grabs.

Stay safe and sending our love to you all.
