Good morning and welcome back to our lovely crafters; we can’t wait to share our first challenge of 2025. We hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and managed to fit in some crafting over the holiday period. The last month has just whizzed by hasn’t it! We would like to say a big thank you for all your support in 2024 and we hope you will continue to support us this year. We were blown away by all your lovely entries for our Mega Christmas challenge; it was amazing to see them all and as always the DT had a brilliant time visiting your blogs and seeing your creations. Please remember to come back later as we will be announcing all of our lucky winners – how exciting!
Onto the new challenge, which has been set by Linda from Team 2, and she has given us the fun theme of ‘include an insect’. As the title suggests Linda wants to see any insect on your creations this week; i.e. bees, ladybugs, butterflies etc. I don’t think it can get any easier than that to start us off this year. Don’t forget you can enter any type of creation it doesn’t have to be a card. So pull out your favourite markers and get colouring. Sadly Linda is not joining us for this challenge as she is taking an extended break due to work and house renovations so I will be choosing the top 5 on her behalf this week.

There will be a weekly challenge at 9am (GMT) every Tuesday.
In order to qualify for the prize draw you MUST use markers on your creation and follow the specified theme (only hand-coloured images will be eligible for the prize draw). You MUST state in your post what markers you have used on your image.
If you are a lucky winner you must contact us within 5 days of the announcement or another winner will be re-drawn.
You MUST also include the additional elements stated in the challenge (if any)
You MUST use a direct link to your post not just a link to your blog.
Only new work must be submitted - no back linking. All older entries will be deleted and will not be eligible for the prize draw.
