Good morning dear crafters, I hope you all had a fantastic week last week. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Gina for stepping in for me last week whilst I had my knee surgery. I’m well on the road to recovery now thank goodness.
Thank you for all your entries to last week’s “in the spotlight” challenge, I know it was a new technique for a lot of you but you all did brilliantly and the DT had a fantastic time visiting your blogs. Don’t forget to check back later to find out who Jane B. has chosen as her top 5 passionista and also to see if you are the lucky winner of the 2 digi images courtesy of Saturated Canary.
Onto this week’s challenge which has been set by Lisa from Team 1 and she has chosen “Check it out”. Lisa doesn’t mind what you make as long as you have some checks, ginghams or plaids on your card somewhere! An easier challenge for you this week and the DT have outdone themselves with their creations. Don’t forget, as always, to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Letraset products (i.e. promarkers, flex markers, aqua markers, tria markers, metallic markers or neon markers) and of course follow the theme.
Our sponsor this week is the lovely Sally-Ann from DigiStamp Boutique and the lucky winner will receive a £10.00 voucher to spend in her online store. There are lots of lovely new images available, so even if you’re not lucky enough to win I suggest you ‘check them out’ (see what I did there lol!).
Anyway enough of my waffling, the design team have worked their magic once again this week and have created gorgeous cards to inspire you (please click on their names to visit their personal blogs):
second card using DSB image from “cute Christmas ted” set
second card using DSB image from ‘funtime Dan’ set
See I told you the DT cards were stunning didn’t I!! We hope you can join in with our challenge and we look forward to seeing what you create.
Hugs, Denise, Gina & DT x x
