Week 177–Theme

Good morning dear crafters.  I hope you all had a brilliant week last week.  I’m sorry if you’re still feeling the effects of the stormy, wet weather some of the country has experienced and I trust that if you suffered any flooding or damage that it all gets resolved very soon.  I know I always moan about the bad weather in South Wales but thankfully as we’re so hilly we don’t get flooded in my little part very often.  Sending hugs to you all.

Before we announce the brand new challenge I would like to say a big thank you and also well done to all the participants of last week’s “colouring on kraft” challenge.  I know that for most of you it was the first time that you had attempted to colour on kraft card but I have to say that your colouring was amazing and we would never have known it was your first time unless you had told us so in your post.  You all deserve a big pat on the back!  Don’t forget to check back later to find out who Jen has chosen as her top 5 passionista and to find out who will be the lucky winner of the £10.00 gift voucher courtesy of Joanna Sheen.

Now onto this week’s challenge and hopefully this will be a little more in your comfort zone.  It’s the turn of Lou from Team 1 to set the theme and she has chosen “distressing”, so let’s see those roughed up edges, inked edges or torn papers from you this week.  Don’t forget to be eligible for the prize draw you must use your Letraset products (i.e. pro, flex, aqua, tria, metallic or neon markers) and of course follow the theme.

Our generous sponsor this week is Pink Gem Designs and Janet is offering one lucky winner a prize of 4 digi images of their choice from her lovely store.
